These terms govern your use of distributingcare.com (the “Site”), operated by Distributing Care (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Site.
The Site is intended for readers in the United Kingdom, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to all of them. Where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be signed away, those rights continue to apply and nothing here limits them — see section 12.
1. What this Site is
Distributing Care is an independent publisher of buying guides and informational content covering everyday care and wellbeing products, including mobility, sleep, natural wellness, pain relief, hydration and fitness.
We are not a retailer. We do not sell products, hold stock, take payment or arrange delivery. Where we link to a product, any purchase is made from a third-party retailer, normally Amazon, under that retailer’s own terms.
2. No medical advice
Our content is general information only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
Nothing on this Site should be relied upon as a recommendation that a particular product is clinically suitable for you or for a person in your care. Needs vary enormously between individuals, particularly for mobility and pain-relief products. Always consult a qualified professional — such as your doctor or GP, a pharmacist, an occupational therapist or a physiotherapist — before purchasing a product intended to support a health condition, and never disregard professional advice because of something you have read here.
Medical device regulation differs between countries, and a product lawfully sold in one of our regions may be unapproved or restricted in another. 3. Affiliate relationships
Some links on this Site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. This applies across the Amazon stores we link to in each region, though not every link on the Site is an affiliate link. You pay exactly the same price as you would by going to the retailer directly — the commission comes out of the retailer’s margin, not your pocket.
This relationship does not influence our recommendations. We do not accept payment for placement, we do not run sponsored or paid reviews, and commission rates play no part in which products we select or how we rank them. An affiliate notice also appears in the footer of every page on this Site.
4. Regional content, accuracy, prices and availability
We take care to research our content, but we give no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Product specifications, prices, availability and retailer terms change frequently and without notice to us.

Because we are not the seller, we cannot assist with orders, deliveries, faults, returns or refunds. Your contract of sale, your consumer rights and any warranty are with the retailer that sold you the product, and you should contact that retailer directly. We have no access to your order details and cannot process a refund or chase a delivery.
Your statutory rights against that retailer depend on where you bought the product — for example the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the United Kingdom, federal and state consumer protection law in the United States, and Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection in the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. Warranty cover is frequently region-specific and may not be honoured outside the country of purchase.

12. Governing law and your local rights
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
However, if you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country in which you live, and you may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts. Readers in the United States, the United Arab Emirates and elsewhere retain any rights granted to them by their own consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
